Budget Planning for 2024

1. Opening the meeting
   
   The meeting was called to order at 14:00 by Mr. Wilson, who outlined the purpose of finalizing the 2024 fiscal year budget.

2. Review of previous minutes
   
   The minutes from the October 15, 2023 preliminary budget meeting were approved without amendments.

3. Matters to be discussed and decisions made

   1. Association budget allocations for 2024
      
      After detailed discussions, the following annual budget was approved:
      
      FINALIZED BUDGET PLAN FY2024:
      
      Vappu: €10,000
      Juhannus: €8000
      Christmas: 15,000
      
      Total Approved Budget: €33,000

4. Next meeting
   
   The next budget review meeting is scheduled for February 1, 2024.
